Your Pond’toon needs only warmth and bright light to thrive. If you can provide both, your
Pond’toons can be overwintered and will thrive for many seasons. The photo at the left is a 3-year old Pond'toon
that was growing in a raised filter of an indoor koi pond. Untrimmed, it draped down to the floor! To
keep it ready for outdoor use, simply keep the roots and tops pruned to size.
If you prefer, simply let the Pond’toon plant dry out in the fall when
you shut your pond down and store the unit with the rest of your filter equipment. Next spring, purchase new Rockwool™
MiniBlocks and you’re ready to enjoy endless color again. Remember, no planting necessary! Just pop a MiniBlock and
seedling plant into the Pond’toon and watch it grow!
